Class Pricing

Choose between the simplicity of Pay As You Go (sometimes called dropin) or Class Passes for better value

  • Pay As You Go – £12.50 class

We have a range of passes, hopefully something suitable for all:

  • Trying It Out – 3 classes valid 6 weeks – £33  (works out £11/class)
    Ideal for someone attending occasionally, or trying our classes out
     

  • Regular Yogi – 6 classes valid 10 weeks – £54 (works out £9/class)
    Ideal for someone wanting to attend one class a week, most weeks
     

  • Yoga Bunny – 12 classes valid 10 weeks – £99 (works out £8.25/class)
    Ideal for someone wanting to attend one class a week, most weeks

Please be aware that all classes must be booked and paid for in advance – we cannot accommodate walk ups.

Teachers who run their own classes at Yinspire – currently Della and Sandra – have their own pricing structure, and passes are not valid in their classes.

 

Buying and Using a Pass

A pass is a discounted pack of classes.  Once you have bought your pass you will receive a code – book your classes via our website or the Acuity App, and enter the pass code at checkout – this will then deduct the class from your pass.

You can book the classes at the time of buying the pass, or later up to 30 minutes before class starts.  Regardless of when booked, classes can be cancelled up to 24 hours before hand, with a credit back on your pass.

It is recommended you create an account (top right hand corner of booking page on website, or “account” tab on app) and login each time you book:

  • Your personal details will be remembered
  • You will be able to see how many classes remain on your pass
  • You will be able to see your appointments

A pass is a discounted pack of classes,so when you book with a pass you will see full price for each class, currently £12.50, and a credit for that amount when you enter the code from your pass (don’t forget to press “apply” when you’ve entered the code).   Eg if you buy the 6 classes for £54 pass, you get £75 of classes for your £54, and each time you book a class £12.50 is taken off the notional £75.

Extend an Expired Pass
(Visit our Payment Page, and Select Option for Extending a Pass)
This lets you add 28 days onto a pass, for a £10 fee.

We make every effort to adhere to our published timetable, but if your pass has run out of time due to cancelled classes by Yinspire, contact us about a discretionary extension.

Passes are not valid on classes which are run by the teacher themselves – currently Della and Sandra.

It is recommended you create an account (top right hand corner of booking page on website) and login each time you book.

You can manage your classes, bookings and passes by:

  • using the log in facility on the booking page – top right corner
  • the check code facility balance on the booking page, towards the bottom centre
  • via the acuity app

 

Booking a Class via App

Yinspire uses software called Acuity Scheduling for booking classes.  Acuity Scheduling offer a App gives which makes aspects of the booking process easier.

You can find the app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
(note it is Acuity Scheduling Client app you need, the “Client” bit is the key!)

Once you have downloaded the app, you will need to:

  • Set up an account and password (Account Tab in the App)
  • Add Yinspire as a business by going to the Business Tab on the far left. You need to add “Yinspire.as.me” (Yinspire dot as dot me).

You should then be able to see all our available classes and passes.  Don’t forget to set up an account and login when you book.

 

Booking for Teachers Running Their Own Classes

Teachers marked (t) on the schedule run their own classes, hiring space from Yinspire.  The teacher is responsible for all aspects of these classes including booking and payment.

Currently teachers running their own classes are:

 

Changes – Cancellation and Rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule a class up to 24 hours before its start time (48 hours for workshops, Yoga Therapy).

Use the link in your booking email to do this – you may also be able to do it via the website if you created a login, or via the Acuity App.

Cancellations:

  • If you booked using a pass, the cancelled class will go back onto your pass.
  • If you booked Pay As You Go, then a cancellation means loosing the value of the class.  You can preserve its value by rescheduling instead.

Late Cancellations:

  • If you booked using a pass, you can request a cancellation at less than 24 hours for a £5 fee. 
  • If you booked Pay As You Go, you can request a reschedule at less than 24 hours for a £5 fee.
  • You cannot make these requests after the scheduled start time of the class.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to bring anything with me?  All the equipment you need is available in the studio, including mats and blocks.  You are welcome to bring your own mat, and maybe some water and a blanket or shawl.

What do I do on arrival?  Are there particular places?  On arrival please take your shoes off at the door.  Shoes, bags and coats can be left in the cloakroom at the back of the studio, where there are toilets.  Your teacher will probably have laid mats out, enough for everyone expected, there are no reserved places, take a free mat.  The studio mats are quite thin, so place your own mat if you have one, or a second one of ours, over the top.  We also have some nice cotton mat toppers as well, great for the Yin classes.

Can I attend class if I am injured or unwell? It may be better to give your self some rest time, but unless you have something infectious when we ask you to stay away, for physical injuries you are welcome to make your own judgement about attending.   You can tell us about Health or other Concerns

Are your classes suitable for beginners?  Most of them, yes.  Check the details on the class description part of our Yoga page.

I’m unsure of my schedule – Can I turn up and pay cash on the day? Unfortunately no,  All classes must be booked and paid for in advance.  You can book and pay up to 30 minutes before the class starts, and change your class free of charge up to 24 hours before.  See Changes – Cancellation and Rescheduling section above

Where do I Park? See parking information on our Location Page

What should I wear?  Loose comfortable clothes.  Lycra and fitness fashion not needed!  We generally practice barefoot but do feel free to keep socks on.  Shoes must be removed at the door. 

How many people will be in class?  Up to ten people, very occasionally eleven, and quite often less.   They are small friendly groups.

I’ve left something behind! If its a water bottle then, sorry, its probably in the bin – we get so many left!  Anything else is kept for two weeks, coats and cardigans in the lobby, mats etc in our store.

 

Terms of Business

These terms apply to classes run by Yinspire, they do not apply to teachers running their own classes from the studio.

 

Terms – Regular Group Classes

    • Cancellations must be made via the cancel link in your confirmation email.  Cancellation looses the value of your class.
    • Appointments can be rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours before start. Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
    • Reschedule requests at less than 24 hours, but before the class time, are subject to a £5 charge.
    • Refunds are given in exceptional circumstances only.
  • Passes
    • Full fee deducted if cancellation at less than 24 hours or you do not attend.
    • Cancellations must be made via the cancel link in your confirmation email, and will be credited back to your pass.
    • Appointments can be rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours before start. Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
    • Reschedule or cancellation requests at less than 24 hours, but before the class time, are subject to a £5 charge.
    • Passes can be extended by 30 days for a charge of £10
    • Passes may be extended at Yinspire’s discretion if classes have been cancelled by Yinspire
    • Refunds are given in exceptional circumstances only.
  • You must take responsibility for your health during the Yoga sessions. You must inform your teacher of any health concerns and ask for assistance if needed.
  • You must give consent for the information to be stored confidentially in paper or electronic format, and for us to contact you by email or SMS for class administration.

 

Terms – Yoga Therapy, Specialist Courses, Workshops

  • Full fee charged if cancellation at less than 48 hours or you do not attend.
  • Cancellations must be made via the cancel link in your confirmation email.  Cancellation may result in your loosing the value of your appointment(s).
  • Individual appointments for Yoga Therapy can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before start. Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email. 
  • Specialist courses and workshops cannot usually be rescheduled.  At Yinspire’s discretion a non repayable class credit may be offered if you cancel a place with at least 48 hours notice.
  • Refunds are given in exceptional circumstances only.
  • You must take responsibility for your health during the Yoga sessions. You must inform your teacher of any health concerns and ask for assistance if needed.
  • You must give consent for the information to be stored confidentially in paper or electronic format, and for us to contact you by email or SMS for class administration.
