I specialise in using Yoga to help with:

Some other conditions where Yoga Therapy is considered beneficial, and I can help, include Depression Parkinsons, Dementia/ Alzheimers, Immune Conditions, PTSD – Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, ADHD – Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder,  Schizophrenia, Eating Disorders, Addictions, Asthma / COPD, Support during Cancer treatment, Chronic Fatigue, Sleep difficulties

As Yoga Therapy adapts Yoga to assist in working with specific conditions and complaints, and in particular enabling and nurturing individuals own capacity for healing on a BioPsychoSocial basis, in all honesty there are not many conditions where Yoga Therapy cannot provide some assistance through breath, mindfulness and relaxation.  I will happily see if I can help you, and will tell you honestly if I feel I cannot add value to any particular situation.

Its important to be aware that although these conditions – or others – may be the focus of our work, I will be looking at your Health and Well-being in the round – Yoga Therapy is a whole person discipline, with you front and centre.

Private Yoga Therapy Sessions are from my clinic space at Yinspire Brading.
