Evolution

Next February will see ten years since I first taught a Yoga Class. In the intervening time my business has gone from one class a week in a rented hall, to first one, then two, private studios. Covid disrupted things, and we came back first online, then in the garden and finally in person. Two studios became one after covid, then the one studio had to close due to a house move, so back to where things started in the Brading studio.

I’m so pleased to offer this next step in Yinspire’s evolution.
The schedule has 11 classes over the week, of which 9 are eligible for passes. As far as I am aware this makes Yinspire one of the few, maybe the only, dedicated multi teacher Yoga Studios on the Island.
The hope is to grow the schedule further over coming months, according to demand.

Keeping it Real
Yoga is big bucks these days – expect to pay £25 a class in London – and the pressure of paying rent, employing receptionists, and selling the dream means a sharp commercial approach in many studios.
My hope is Yinspire can keep its vibe as something local, smaller friendly classes, and welcoming to all, rather than selling our soul to the commercial devil.
Alongside the movement aspects of Yoga – Yoga Asana – We’ll still try and weave in the more subtle elements of breath, stillness, inner focus.
I hope to see you on a mat in September, meanwhile enjoy the sunny August days.
