I’m pleased to pre-release details of a new, expanded, schedule at Yinspire this autumn, starting September. 

The core timetable will be:

9:30 – Jessica – Yin Yoga
18:30 – Jessica – Yin Yoga – blended class in person and via zoom

Tuesday

9:15 – Beth – Vinayasa Yoga
10:30 – Beth – Pre Natal Yoga
18:00 – Sandra – Ashtanga*1

Wednesday

9:30 Jessica – Yin Yoga
18:00 Caroline – Yin Yoga
19:30 Caroline – Pilates

Thursday

10:00 Della – Intermediate Yoga*1
18:00 Beth – Vinayasa Yoga
19:30 Beth – Vinayasa Yoga

Friday

9:15 – Caroline – Pilates
10:30 Caroline – Gentle Yoga

Full information will be available later in August, when bookings will open.   Check back then on our website, join our newsletter or follow our socials to keep in the loop.

A range of passes will  be available, to accommodate those who want to practice regularly, once or twice a week, and also those who want to dip their toe in the water and practice less frequently.  Pay As You Go will be available as well.

Classes marked *1 are run by the teacher concerned, all other classes by Yinspire.
