We’re exited to offer two new Beginners Yoga courses for February 2024 – Book Your Place Here
First up, a four week Beginners Vinyasa course, offered by Beth. Here is what Beth has to say about Vinyasa Yoga:
“Vinyasa flow classes allow Asanas (postures) to link creatively and gracefully together in synchronisation with the breath, allowing the practise to become a moving mediation.
As with all styles of yoga, there is always opportunity to modify or take rest within your practise and connect lovingly with your mind and body.”
This Beginners Course is suitable for all, so long as you can get up and down from the floor comfortably, and have no serious mobility restrictions.
Secondly a four week Beginners Pilates Course, offered by Caroline:
“Pilates focuses on the core, improving flexibility and improving overall posture and alignment, using a series of controlled low impact moves that emphasize precision, breath control and mindful movement. It is a great way to not only rehabilitate but also prevent injury.”
Again suitable for all so long as you can move to and from the floor comfortably.
Both courses run from Tuesday 25th February 2025 for four weeks – thats Tuesday 25th February, and Tuesdays 4th, 11th and 18th March.
The Vinyasa course is 9am for 75 minutes each session, the Pilates course 18:45 for 60 minutes each session.
