This Beginners Course is suitable for all, so long as you can get up and down from the floor comfortably, and have no serious mobility restrictions, and is offered by Caroline:

“Pilates focuses on the core, improving flexibility and improving overall posture and alignment, using a series of controlled low impact moves that emphasize precision, breath control and mindful movement. It is a great way to not only rehabilitate but also prevent injury.”

Times, dates and location:

  • Tuesday evenings 18:45 for 60 minutes each session.
  • The course runs from Tuesday 25th February 2025 for four weeks – thats Tuesday 25th February, and Tuesdays 4th, 11th and 18th March.
  • Course fees are £40 for the four weeks.
  • The courses run from Yinspire, 2 New Road, Brading, PO36 0DT
